Mix together flour, butter and water in a food processor. Press the dough into a mold, preferably with a removable edge, but a regular shape is also fine. Leave in the refrigerator for a while. Gnaw the pie crust and pre-bake in the middle of the oven about 10 minutes.<br\/>Dry fry the chanterelles so that the liquid disappears. Add the butter and fry for a while longer so that the chanterelles have a nice surface.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Whisk together the eggs and cream along with salt and pepper. Then stir V\u00e4sterbottensost\u00ae into the egg punch.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Pour over the egg punch and chanterelles and bake in the lower part of the oven about 35-40 minutes.<\/p>&#13;\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A luxurious chanterelle pie that is perfect to treat your guests to!
