Put on a thin layer of cr\u00e8me fraiche. Add grated V\u00e4sterbotten cheese and thinly sliced potatoes. Bake in the kid until the pizza is nicely browned. Top with prosciutto, leavened red onion and fresh thyme.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p><em>Leavened red onion<\/em><br\/>Slice the red onion thinly. Bring vinegar, water and sugar to a boil in saucepan and add to onion. Simmer for a few minutes. Allow to cool off.
