Smoked reindeer steak with sliced Västerbottensost

200 g smoked reindeer steak
1 dl Västerbottensost
1 dl crème fraîche
1/2 dl horseradish

Slice the Västerbotten cheese over carved reindeer steaks. Serve with crème fraîche and plenty of freshly grated horseradish preferably on toasted flat bread. Garnish with dill sprigs. Flavours from the Northern part of Sweden.
