Italian Parma rolls

200 ml  crème fraîche
salt and pepper
12 slices of Parma ham
one bunch of fresh basil
100 g sun-dried tomatoes, marinated

Shred the basil and tomatoes. Mix with  crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper. Place a dollop on each slice of Parma ham and roll up. Keep the rolls cold until serving.
