Cloudberry chutney

Enjoy the gold of the forests in the best way possible. 


250 g cloudberries
2 shallots 
3 tbsp. unrefined sugar
1 tbsp. rapeseed oil
1 lemon (peel and juice)
1 chopped chili
1 tbsp. chopped ginger


Slice the shallots and fry until soft in the oil. Add the other ingredients and bring to the boil together for approx 
20 minutes. If you don’t have any cloudberries, you can just as easily use apples or figs instead for example. Try it out!
