Herring on thin crispbreads with small potatoes, red onion, Västerbottensost and sour cream

4 thin crispbreads, natural
400 g pickled herring
400 g boiled small potatoes
1 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped chives
½ red onion
100 g Västerbottensost
100 ml sour cream
12 dill fronds
black pepper

This is what you do:
Divide the herring into small pieces. Mix the potatoes with olive oil and chives. Slice the onion. Allow to cool. Break the cheese into small pieces. Spread it all over a thin crispbread. Garnish with dill and black pepper.
