Heart-shaped biscuits

80 pieces

400 ml grated Västerbottensost
200 ml basil leaves
100 g butter, room temperature
350 ml wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix the Västerbottensost and basil leaves quickly into a green texture. Add the butter in cubes, flour and baking powder and mix quickly into a dough. Roll out the dough to a thickness of one centimetre on a floured work top and cut out hearts using small biscuit cutters. Bake in the upper part of the oven for 10–12 minutes. Allow them to cool before serving. Any surplus hearts can be stored in a sealed jar or in the freezer.
