Grilled Salsiccia with Västerbottensost cream-cheese

4 good sausages e.g. Salsiccia
8-10 potatoes, preferably new
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
12 cherry tomatoes
1 bunch of thyme
2 tbsp olive oil
100 g grated Västerbottensost
200 ml crème fraîche
2 tbsp finely diced sun-dried tomatoes
1 bunch basil, coarsely shredded
1 tbsp olive oil and black pepper

Preheat the oven to 225°C. Brush the potatoes and cut into wedges and divide the onion with its peel on. Slice the garlic coarsely. Rip off a little thyme and mix with olive oil, potatoes, garlic and onions. Roast in the oven for about 15 minutes until it turns crispy. Mix in the cream-cheese. Save some cheese for topping on the plate. Grill the sausages, preferably on a barbecue grill for about 4 minutes on each side. Put the sausage on the top of the potatoes with cream-cheese all around.
