Green pesto

In the summer, you always have a use for quick sauces. This pesto is packed with taste and are mixed in no time at all.


Approx 4 people

150 g grated Västerbottensost®
1 pot basil
1/2 bunch parsley
2 cloves of garlic
30 g walnut kernels or scalded and peeled sweet almonds
100 ml olive oil
Salt and pepper


Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix to a smooth pesto using a hand blender.
