Fresh yoghurt with white chocolate sauce


The combination of white chocolate and Västerbottensost® forms the basis for a delicious dessert that is quick and easy to make.


150 g grated Västerbottensost® 
150 g white chocolate
200 ml whipping cream
200 ml fresh berries
50 ml hazelnuts
400 ml Turkish yoghurt


Chop the chocolate. Bring
the cream to the boil, mix with the chocolate
and grated Västerbottensost and stir to make a smooth mixture. 
Roast the hazelnuts in a
dry frying pan and chop roughly.

Pour the yoghurt into bowls and top
with the chocolate sauce and hazelnuts. Decorate with
the fresh berries.
