Västerbottensost marinated in matured rum

4-6 servings

Serve with cloudberry jam and roasted hazelnuts.

Västerbottensost marinated in matured rum

100 g middle of Västerbottensost
60 ml matured dark rum
Cloudberry jam
Roasted hazelnuts

Put the cheese in a freezer bag with the rum, force out all the air and seal closed. Leave the cheese to marinate for 1–2 hours at room temperature before serving.
