Chocolate cupcakes

125 g butter
200 ml milk
1 large egg
300 ml wheat flour
100 ml cocoa powder
200 ml granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder

topping:
200 ml crème fraîche
1 tsp vanilla sugar
½ pomegranate

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Melt the butter. Stir in the milk and then the egg. Mix in the wheat flour, cocoa, sugar and baking powder. Quickly add the dry ingredients to the milk and butter mixture. Spread the mixture into small muffin tins and bake for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Whisk the crème fraîche and vanilla sugar using an electric mixer. Place in an icing bag. Top each muffin with the mix. Break apart the pomegranate, remove and decorate with the seeds.
